Casa Luísa is located at Ponta do Sol, the west coast of Madeira Island. Built-in the late 60s, with typical Madeira square structure very known in the XX century. Its original structure has been maintained, being renovated in 2004 with the intent of offering comfort to all the guests who choose it as a destination, for rest or holidays.
The Garden’s Apartment has two bedrooms one of them as a suite, with a private bathroom, an American kitchen style, and a living room with another bathroom. On this floor, you can enjoy a wide exterior space with furniture and a garden.
Besides all of the features already said, all guests have the opportunity to be amazed by the wide landscape from one of the faces of the island.
It’s about 10 to15 minutes by foot to the main beach in the village of Ponta do Sol.
The house is located 25.5 km to Funchal, the capital of the island, about 20-30 minutes by car.

Dom Carlos House is located at Ponta do Sol, west coast of Madeira Island. Built-in the late 50s’, with the architecture typical Madeira style and renewed in 2017 with the intent of offering comfort to all the guests who choose it as a destination, for rest or holidays.
This house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen.
The outdoor area has a large patio with furniture, a swimming pool, and a barbecue space. You can also enjoy a close recreation area with exercise equipment and a laundry room.
Besides all of the features mentioned, all the guests have the opportunity to be amazed by a wide landscape with green hills, plantations, and the blue from the sky and sea.
